This pictures was taken when they were just getting started.....as you can see the butter isn't even melted yet:)
These were so simple and really good! We preheated our Global Sun Oven to 350 degrees, put in enough baby carrots to cover the bottom of the pan, added a little water, butter and brown sugar and let them simmer all afternoon. They turned out soft, sweet and simply fantastic!

Can you imagine what it will do for yams and sweet potatoes for the Holiday's?...solar cooked delight.
We did sweet potatoes last Thanksgiving in our GSO.
