Sunny days are here to stay! ?

The past few days have felt like spring with such nice sunshine and clear skies. I sure hope these kind of days are here to stay for the next few months! I have been solar cooking for about 6 months which means I have learned to prepare and cook our food with the sunshine being low in the sky and dealing with several rainy and cloudy days. I am very excited to see the difference from the winter months to the now spring ones! I hope that the cook times in my sun oven will be just a little faster, that I can prepare meals that take just a little longer and that I will have many more "good" weather days to enjoy cooking up some tasty food!

Yes, we too are excited to have warmer, sunnier days as well.

You will be surprised at how much solar cooking you can do on a loooong summer day.
We will start at 8:00 AM and go all the way to 6:00 PM on the longest days...;)
