Solar thanksgiving pie

So, I found this awesome recipe in Mother Earth News for pumpkin pie. I made the purée with the hopes to make a pie for Thanksgiving for my family. It came out extraordinary! It was gone in short order. I was blessed with a sunny day and didn't have room in my kitchen oven to make the pie. It was great that I had the solar opportunity to create a wonderful dinner. Unfortunately I am unable to post a photo from my iPad as it is a fickle thing. But if you would like the recipe, I'd be happy to post below and I will send it to you
