Solar Roasted Peppers Appetizer

As you may be able to tell by the bacon wrapped around them, these peppers are not just plain boring peppers! If you look especially close you may even be able to see the amazing cream cheese filling that is inside each one. We really enjoy making these peppers as an appetizer and have found they are a great way to start off any party.
