Solar Oven to "Build In"

I haven't yet bought my solar oven but I like the look of the SOS Sport because it looks durable. I am planning to build it in to my (north-facing....southern hemisphere) deck like a BBQ for an outdoor kitchen. I thought I would mount it on a rotatable "tray"( sort of like a lazy susan) so I can get the best sun angle during the day. I live in the sub-tropics.
