I live in southern Utah where we do not receive snow but once every couple of years! This morning happened to be that special day when we got to wake up to snow and my kids couldn't have been more excited! Of course the snow only lasts for less than a day because the sun comes right out and melts it all by the afternoon. This happened today but what a nice and bright day it was. I got out my Sun Oven and warmed pastrami chicken and rice for my lunch while I watched my kids frolic in the snow. Although solar cooking in the snow was a first for me, my lunch and the dessert I made after turned out fantastic!
