Hey there solar cats!
I finally got my solar cooker in the mail and was very excited to get it started up. I decided to start small and get it warm enough to boil some water. So I set it up, and pointed that puppy toward that glowing ball of greatness and walked away. Come to check on it a little while later and she was sitting at 200 degrees. I was excited to see it warming up so fast. Then BAM! The sun hazed over and she sat at 200 steady. So my first attempt with my solar cooker was a stale mate. I will attempt to do the same exercise on another sunny day.
Sorry to disappoint, but I assure you that I am determined to make this work for me!
Cheers
Cookie
