I had a boat at Canyon Lake in Arizona. I would cook meat with it for the every Saturday night potluck. No drinking involved wink wink.
I would put chicken, brisket, ribs, you name it. Prepare at home, or night before on the boat, put it in the SOS Sport Solar Oven, set it on the dock and go play. done perfectly almost every time. People on the docks started asking why my food was always so tender and tasty so I told them.
Soon after that my oven was being used all the time and some bought their own. With the meat if you want the grill patterns just put it on the grill for a couple minutes or paint them on.
Just kidding.
That oven is still there.

Thanks for sharing Mark,
I have known many other people and friends of mine who have used their solar cookers quite a lot while enjoying their time at the lake, and pretty much in the same manner as you describe.
You can pretty much just set it and leave it, and when you come back it is all ready to eat.
