Solar Cooked French Toast

I had an idea the other day to try to make French toast in my solar oven.
I only wanted enough for my wife and I so I made a half recipe.
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1/8 cup sugar
3 slices of solar baked bread (if you have it)
Dip bread in mixture, remove, and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
I was cooking at 10:30 am so I had the oven preheated to 375F, next I put the griddle in and let it heat for 10 minutes.
Now add your soaked bread and cook for 7 minutes, then turn the toast and cook for 8 more minutes.
Enjoy!
