Under the whole cooker (reflector + pot), I set a square 4 wheel wooden frame. This allows me to turn the cooker as the sun turns... without risking to twist the reflector.

Very good idea Marie-Jo,
that device is what we call a "Lazy Susan" and it definitely does make rotating a solar cooker easier as well as helping to protect the reflector panels. I need to do the same with my Hot Pot Solar Cooker so that I don't ruin them as quickly.
