My Empanada meat cooking on solsource

My husband owns about 15 solar cookers, give or take a few, and abut five of these are parabolic cookers.

I have used all of the parabolic cookers over the years, but I have to say that my favorite now is the SolSource. For me it is the easiest to us and it is just the right height and size. ( I am not very tall)
Comfort and ease of use are the most notable features of this cooker.

Two weekends ago I used it to cook up the meat filling for Chilean Empanadas and it cooked great.
