Homemade solar bread

I decided to take advantage of the beautiful day and make some REAL homemade bread the other day. I was a little scared as I have NEVER even made bread...just bought it at the store. After letting it rise, I put it on the rack in my GSO and watched it turn into something amazing, like something you would see in a bakery. I put it on my stove inside to cool and when I came back to check on it, there was one piece left!!! Guess that means that it was a hit!! My army mates love it when I solar cook! They think it is really cool that something so simple can create something so good. They, like me, see the amazing functionality and versitility of this wonderful device. We are quickly becoming a solar fanatic community in my home!
