"Eating Out" has new meaning

My husband surprised me last night with a picnic at the lake for dinner.He's not one to surprise me very often so I was excited to do something different for a change.
We "eat out" a lot because I get dinner done in 1 or 2 of the Solar Cookers and keep it warm in a coleman cooler I have lined with a blanket.
So the surprise wasn't all about "Eating out" or that he contributed to dinner much but just having a new environment to sit and relax in was so refreshing.
The temperature was just perfect and the water looked so blue!I felt sorry for anyone who is used to cooking indoors and eating indoors or in the back yard, who doesnt take advantage of the freedom and portability of cooking with Solar Cookers.
