Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Stir ingredients well.
Roll into 1 in. size balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with fork in criss cross pattern.
Preheat solar oven to at least 300 degrees before placing cookies in oven.
Let cook about 20-25 min.
Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet about 10 min. before removing.

You have read the recipe right. It contains no flour but you will be surprised at the texture.

corn beef and cabbage with potatoes

ingredients

1 - can of corn beef
1 - large potatoes cut into slices
1/2- small cabbage
1 - medium onion cut into thin slices
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 - tablespoon margarine

is preheated oven (global sun oven) to 300 degrees in a dark pot add the potatoes to cover the entire base of the pot evenly, add salt, pepper and margarine goes into the oven and cook for 45 minutes to an hour, then add other ingredients in this order, a layer of onions, cabbage and corned beef, allow to cook for one and half hours.
