ASSC Omelet

Brunch at the park! My girlfriend and I took the All Season Solar Cooker to the park. We made an egg casserole/omelet. Quick and Easy!

Eggs
Milk
Bread
Cheese
Ham
Chili peppers
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients, let it sit in the sun, hang out in the hammock :)

It was great! I'm digging the box oven cooking. Lazy/Low maintenance is key to enjoying cooking! That and some good recipes. I've been asking friends for great "hip pocket" ideas for the cooker. This is another winner. I have two ASSC's, which should be enough to feed 4-8 people with a dish like this (depending on sides available)

If you make it look too easy it just might get others to try solar cooking...

Imagine, sheer pandemonium in the sun people out cooking everywhere ;)
